Applications: | WB, IHC-P, ELISA, Protein Array |
Species Reactivity: | Human |
Dilutions: | WB: 1-2 ug/ml. IHC-P: 1-2 ug/ml. ELISA: 2-4 ug/ml (for coating). Protein Array: Assay dependent. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris buffer with 1mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95 C followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.. For ELISA coating, recommend using BSA-free format (please contact us for PBS only format).. *Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher. Not tested in other applications. |

Immunogen: | Recombinant fragment (around aa 12-108) of human Galectin-1 protein |
Purification: | Protein A/G purified |
Conjugation: | Unconjugated |
Further Information: | The galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins implicated in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. This gene product may act as an autocrine negative growth factor that regulates cell proliferation. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2 |
