VantageTM Custom-Mixed microRNA Detection Panels

Marligen’s VantageTM microRNA Multiplex Detection Panels offer researchers a fast and simple method for profiling the expression levels of multiple microRNAs from many different sample types including total RNA, enriched low molecular weight (LMW) RNA and degraded RNA. Individual assays in VantageTM microRNA Multiplex Detection Panels can be configured into Custom Mixed microRNA Detection Panels. For example, ten microRNAs can be selected from the total list and reconfigured into a single customized panel to meet your specific needs. Choose as many assays as you like from the full assay list and send this information to Insight Biotechnology for a custom quotation. Once you have chosen your specific microRNAs, Marligen scientists will reconfigure the panels to your specifications, manufacture reagents, validate performance and send you a complete package ready for use.

The sequences and nomenclature of the mature microRNAs are extracted from the miRNase Sequence Database version 11.0, released in April 2008, in Sanger Institute in the UK. Names annotated with 8 indicate a mature microRNA sequence that originated from a stem –loop molecule that generated two mature microRNA sequences. In these cases, one mature sequence has a standard name, while the other sequence from the same stem-loop has an annotated name (*).

All of the microRNAs detected by the VantageTM Detection Panels are designated by human sequence nomenclature. Download a full list of VantageTM microRNA Detection Panels to obtain homology with other species.

VantageTM Detection Panels are configured to be used in conjunction with the LuminexTM xMAP system for multiplexed analysis.
