1. The sequences and nomenclature of the mature microRNAs are extracted from The miRBase Sequence Database version 11.0, released in April 2008, in Sanger Institute in UK. Names annotated with * indicate a mature microRNA sequence that originated from a stem-loop molecule that generated two mature microRNA sequences. In these cases, one mature sequence has a standard name while the other sequence from the same stem-loop has an annotated name (*).
2. All of the microRNAs detected by the Vantage™ Detection Panels are designated by human sequence nomenclature. Download full list of Vantage™ microRNA Detection Panels above to obtain homology with other species.

Individual assays in Vantage™ microRNA Detection Panels can be configured into Custom-Mixed MicroRNA Panels. For example, ten microRNAs can be selected from the total list and reconfigured into a single custom-mixed panel. Choose as many assays as you like from the full assay list and send the list to Marligen for a custom quotation. Once you have chosen your specific microRNAs, Marligen scientists will reconfigure the panels to your specifications, manufacture reagents, validate performance and send you a complete package ready for use.
All of Marligen Vantage™ Detection Panels are configured to be used in conjunction with the Luminex™ xMAP System for multiplexed analysis. For researchers interested in trying out our assays but do not have access to the Luminex instrumentation or who would prefer to outsource the work, Marligen’s experienced technical staff also perform Testing Services.
