Marligen Products

Marligen offer a range of Multiplex Transcription Factor Assays designed for simultaneously measuring the binding of many different transcription factors to their unique regulatory DNA elements. 

Marligen’s Chemiliminescent Transcription Factor Microplate Assay enables researchers to quantitate the DNA binding affinity of transcription factors in nuclear extracts prepared from cultured cells or tissues.  These assays are designed to be used in combination with Marligen’s Nuclear Extraction Kit to ensure optimal performance. This kit is optimised to provide gentle extraction of nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins in order to maintain transcription factor activity with minimal contamination.

Marligen also offer a range of biochemical and biological reagents used for study of transcription factors, including purified transcription factor proteins, antibodies to transcription factors, inhibitors and nuclear extracts from untreated and treated cultured cells.
