Nuclear Extracts have been prepared from cell lines, primary cells and tissues from multiple species including the following: 293, 3T3 C2C12, COS-7, HeLa , Hep G2, Jurkat, K562, Kas MCF-7, MSC34, MV-1(mink), NIH-3T3, PC-12, Raji, THP-1, U2O5 , U937, WI-38 , Primary Fibroblasts, Primary NK cells, Rat heart, and Human Whole Blood. An array of mouse tissues have also been used to make nuclear extracts including brain, liver, heart, lung, skeletal muscle, pancreas, kidney, spleen, bone marrow, and thymus.
