Assay Controls

Marligen offers two controls for the Multiplex Transcription Factor Assays and Transcription Factor Microplate Assays. The HL-60 Nuclear Extract Control contains two vials; one contains a nuclear extract prepared from untreated HL-60 cells and the other contains nuclear extracts prepared from HL-60 cells incubated with 100nM PMA plus 500nM ionomycin for 24 hours and Protein Control (NF-1/NFκB) contains purified NF-1 and NFκB p50 protein.
