Signet Genotyping Kits

Marligen’s Signet™ Genotyping Kits are designed to rapidly and accurately detect genetic variations including single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), small insertions and deletions (indels) and whole gene deletions. SNPs and other genetic variants may be associated with a variety of health and nutritional conditions and have application in pharmacogenomics, nutrition, toxicology, and ancestry.  The products offered include specific panels that are ready to use on the Luminex™ xMAP platform for multiplexed analysis.

Signet™ Y-SNP Genotyping Kits

Marligen’s Signet™ Y-SNP Genotyping Kits have been designed to genotype male-specific markers on the Y-chromosome with applications in ancestry testing and population genetics.
