Tissue Micro Arrays

Tissue microarray technology provides a rapid solution for the localisation and evaluation of protein, RNA, or DNA molecules. Insight Biotechnology distributes a broad selection of high quality Tissue Micro Arrays manufactured by US Biomax, an established Maryland based Histology Company. US Biomax offers the largest choice on the market, with 863 types of human arrays, including normal, malignant, metastatic and combined formats. US Biomax maintains a considerable tissue bank repository, which contains a diverse archive of normal and cancerous tissues (FFPE and frozen).

Slides offered range from 24 to 600 tissue cores per slide, and are available in a wide variety of sizes (0.6, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0mm in diameter). The vast majority of tissue microarrays have TRIAL slides, which provide an excellent opportunity to test different experimental conditions. These products are just standard slides with 10-25% core missing, offered at approximately 70% less than the cost of the full sized slides.
